TRAINING

All our training courses are run in-house. Since we do not offer public courses this means you can be assured of truly tailored training which cannot be obtained by any any other means. We generally suggest that training is undertaken in groups of between 7- 12 people. This allows some economy of scale whilst maintaining small groups so a greater interaction between tutor and delegate can occur. Courses currently being offered include:

Project management - Introduction
This is a one day course which provides a basic introduction to Project management. It is a foundation course and assumes no prior knowledge or experience of Project management. Designed to introduce the principles of Project management to delegates.
Project management - Practitioner

This is a 5 day course with the option to sit the APM's APMP examination on the last afternoon of the course. It assumes no prior knowledge of Project management. Designed to provide delegates with a good working knowledge of how Project management can be applied to their work environment.

Project management - Update This is a 3 day course with the option to sit the APM's APMP examination on the last afternoon of the course. It assumes some prior knowledge of Project management. Designed to update and expand delegates existing knowledge.
Risk management Can be run at a variety of levels. Principle is to demonstrate how Risk management is used in a Project management environment. Can be arranged as a half day introduction through to a 2 day practitioner based session utilizing Risk management software.
Value management Can be run at a variety of levels. Principle is to demonstrate how Value management is used in a Project management environment. Can be arranged as a half day introduction through to a 2 day practitioner based session exploring the concepts of Group Decision Support.
Contracts & Procurement Can be run at a variety of levels. Principle is to demonstrate how Contracts & Procurement are used in a Project management environment. Can be arranged as a half day introduction through to a 2 day practitioner based session exploring procurement issues such as Partnering, Alliancing etc.
