Professional project management qualifications Within the majority of countries there is a single professional project management institute. Examples of these are:

Academic project management qualifications There is considerable choice in this area. The most obvious qualifications are those offered by a university. This is generally at the Msc (Master of science) level although MBAs in project management are also available. |

Some professional institutions other a specific qualification in project management. For instance members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) are awarded the title 'Chartered project management surveyor' if they have relevant experience. |
